Rooted in the remote, coastal beauty of New Zealand’s Coastal Awatere Valley, our boutique Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is crafted entirely from 100% estate-grown, sustainably grown vines.
Here, rugged, sea swept hillsides—80% of them steep and intricately terraced—meet high winds that carry salt-rich air across the vineyards, shaping fruit of remarkable intensity and flavour.
This dramatic terroir drives bold, ripe flavours, intense tropical fruit on the palate and exquisitely expressive aromatics that embody salinity and what we proudly call “Ultra Marlborough” character.
The result is a vegan-friendly Sauvignon Blanc that celebrates the pure, vibrant essence of Coastal Awatere—crafted with the same care, pride, and connection to place that defines New Zealand’s sustainable winemaking expertise.
